Advertisement for Bid - Air Compressor
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be accepted by King County Fire Protection District No. 16 (AKA the Northshore Fire Department) for: One (1) 10 HP SCBA Compressor, One (1) Breathing Apparatus Cylinder Fill Station and Four (4) ASME Storage Cylinders.
Bids will be accepted at the District Headquarters located at 7220 NE 181st Street, Kenmore, WA 98028 up until:
Date: January 16, 2018
Time: 5:00 pm
All bids received will be opened at the regular meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners on January 16, 2018.
All bids received will be evaluated after the opening and the award, if any, will be announced by the Fire Chief at the most appropriate time after the conclusion of the evaluation. All bidders will be notified in writing of the outcome of the bidding process.
Bids received after the above referenced time and date will NOT be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Each bidder is solely responsible for the delivery of their bid by the set time and date.
King County Fire District No. 16 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. The District further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or accept any bid which meets or exceeds the minimum specifications which has been determined to best meet the needs of the District. The District is not necessarily bound to accept the lowest bid.
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for bid opening.
