Fire Permit Application

I am the property owner or authorized agent of the property owner. I certify to the best of my knowledge the information submitted in support of this permit application is true and correct. I certify that I will comply with all applicable fire code regulations pertaining to work authorized by the issuance of a permit. I understand that issuance of this permit does not remove the owners responsibility for compliance with state or federal laws regulating construction or environmental laws. I grant permission for Fire Department staff to enter areas covered by this permit for the sole purpose of inspecting these areas in order to process this application and enforce code provisions related to the issued permit(s). Errors and/or omissions on the plans and corrections from field inspections are the responsibility of the owner/contractor.

IMPORTANT NEXT STEP: Please drop-off or mail a check to Shoreline Fire Department at 17525 Aurora Avenue N, Shoreline, WA 98133. We will not issue any permits until payment has been received. Any work performed prior to the approval of permits will result in fees being doubled. Thank you.
